Holiday posting

After a long stint of three, three-day workshops at the Denver Botanic Gardens (more of which later) we are finally on our holidays in California in a huge 27 foot RV. So far we have travelled up from Los Angeles up to Lake Isabella, a bit off the beaten track and very peaceful. Then on to Yosemite, the giant redwoods and beautiful valley followed by sunset at Glacier Point.
Onto San Francisco, cable cars, seals, chocolate, shopping and Alcatraz and today the beautiful Pacific coastal route through Big Sur ending in the elephant seal colony at San Simeon and tomorrow onto Hearst Castle, then slowly back to Los Angeles, Hollywood, a trip to sea to see the whales, a quick final shop and then back home. Phew!
