Coloured Pencil and Graphite Drawing

My latest original in the ‘Line Drawing’ sequence.  The first major drawing I have completed using mainly the Caran D’Ache Pablo pencils.  These pencils have a high lightfastness and are easy to use creating very little dust. Although I have tried them before I hadn’t really got to grips with them and for this picture the colours and textures worked perfectly so I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and hope to work with them more in the future.
