Perseverance pays off!

As I expected Lastminute.com did not get back to me but I did get back to them and they finally agreed to refund our money. We have now booked directly with the theatre, The Gielgud, and they have been extremely helpful and even offered special reduced price seating with easy access for my elderly relative. Result! And thanks for all your helpful advice.
