‘Understanding Underpainting’ a two-day focused workshop – 26 & 28 August

Join me on Zoom do de-mystify underpainting!! It’s not as scary as you think.

• discover the how, when, where and why of underpainting
• baby oil or alcohol based solvents???
• create, rich, deep, fully saturated colour mixes
• we will meet on the Tuesday for some technique demos and testing out
• some homework to cement your learning on the day in between
• we will complete a series of exercises together to try out techniques and on day two start a small, simple project.

This workshop starts at 14.00 BST and finishes at 17.30 BST with a short 20 minute break each day. The day in between will give you a chance to try out techniques.
