Cabbage

My career in  botanical art started nearly 40 years ago with a simple graphite drawing of a savoy cabbage. At that time I went on to draw two more very detailed drawings of cabbages and became recognized in my home town of Teddington as ‘the cabbage lady’ !!  So now 40 years on and as I am slowly edging towards the end of my career, I thought it might be time to have another go at the wonderful cabbage and in colour and here it is and I absolutely loved drawing it!!
