‘Giant Radishes Trio’

Inspired by the amazing vegetables on display in a French market last summer, three giant radishes begged to be drawn dancing on the page.  I wanted to contrast the richly coloured leaves which I drew in pure colour with the soft textures of the actual radishes and these I drew using graphite pencil over a coloured underpainting.
