French Trip

We are enjoying a few days travelling down through France before the workshop at Manzac d’en Bas which starts tomorrow. We have had a couple of lovely overnights chosen by Alastair Sawday. The first near Buzancais, a charming Chateau that has been in the family since it was built in the 19th century, the’Chateau Le Boisrenault’.  

 The second, near Lascaux at Sergeac, another farm that has been in the family for generations Auberge de Castel-Merle.

  
Also today we visited a lovely village near Sergeac and found an amazing artist making carved jewellery from ancient mammoth tusks.

  
Now a little last minute shoe shopping in Toulouse before starting work, phew, it’s all go!
