A wonderful evening at Dedham Hall in the Fountain House Restaurant, a beautiful meal in great company.Then our lovely American visitor surprised me with a fantastic birthday extravaganza. Lori Vreeke makes bespoke luxury cakes in the US and rustled up this little number for my birthday....
